The Longest winter
Photographs by Julie and writings by ian Roy.
The Longest Winter is a collaborative artist book which grew out of Julie
Doiron's photographic artwork. Turning her camera upon herself, her husband,
artist Jon Claytor, their children, Charlotte and Ben, and friends, Julie
has made an intimate self portrait of her life. Ottawa writer Ian Roy's
words are a series of short fiction pieces interwoven with reproductions
of the silver print photographs.
